Terms and Conditions
The basis on which we work together, and what each side can expect.
Last updated 9 September 2026
These terms cover your use of the FiduxDesk website and the general basis on which we provide business support services. Where you have signed a separate service agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over anything written here.
About our services
FiduxDesk is a business support service agency. We provide people and process — support across sales, customer success, recruitment, billing and payments, voice, marketing, graphic design and video. We are not a software platform, and we do not provide legal, financial or tax advice.
Support plans and scope
- Each engagement begins with a requirement review and a written support plan setting out services, working structure, communication method and reporting.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.
- Plans can be adjusted as your workload changes; changes take effect from the next billing period unless we agree otherwise.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information, templates and access needed to do the work.
- Keep the access you grant us current, and tell us promptly when it should be revoked.
- Make sure you have the right to share any third-party data you ask us to handle.
Fees and payment
Fees depend on the services selected, monthly workload, number of assigned team members, required working hours and project complexity, and are set out in your support plan. Invoices are payable by the date stated on them.
Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other's confidential information confidential, uses it only for the engagement, and returns or deletes it on request when the engagement ends.
Intellectual property
Deliverables we create for you under a paid engagement belong to you once the related invoice is paid. Our own methods, templates and internal tooling remain ours. Site content, branding and copy remain the property of FiduxDesk.
Liability
We take care in delivering our services, but we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending an engagement
Either side may end an engagement by giving the notice set out in the support plan. Work completed up to the end date remains payable, and we will hand over records and revoke access in an orderly way.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
